Culture Night 2009

April 25, 2009

"I thank God for this community. Westminster is so diverse with people from so many different ethnic backgrounds. It is so amazing to see how God is working in these students now as He is preparing them to go back to their countries to continue doing His work that is most evidently needed.

"There was a huge turn out of people, and it was amazing to see everybody interacting with each other and having 'cultural fun' together. It was incredible hearing people talk about their countries and the work God was doing; it gave me a huge burden for the struggles people are having worldwide.

"The night as a whole was an incredible encouragement, seeing everybody get together, hearing about the places their fellow students are from and the backgrounds they come from.

"I thank God for this community of such diverse people who are from so many different ethnic backgrounds. It is so amazing to see how God is working in these people now, here at Westminster, preparing them to go back to their countries to continue doing God's work that is most evidently needed."
