APPLICATION FOR WESTMINSTER TUITION SCHOLARSHIP
U.S./CANADIAN 2008-2009 Academic Year


1. Applications from U.S./Canadian students must be submitted IN FULL by March 31. Award notification will take place 6 to 8 weeks after the deadline.

2. Along with this application, you are required to complete a "Free Application for Federal Student Aid" (FAFSA) and submit your signed 2006 Federal Income Tax Return. The FAFSA is online at www.fafsa.ed.gov or a paper FAFSA can be obtained from the
Financial Aid Office. Westminster’s ID# is G03393. If you did not file taxes, complete Section VI of this application.

3. Scholarships are available to full-time students only and are not awarded for summer and winter terms.

4. A 2.5 G.P.A. is required for the M.A., M.A.R., and M.Div. programs; a 3.0 G.P.A. is required for the Th.M. and Ph.D. programs. There are no scholarships available for the D.Min. program.
